# HELP : Transition like this one

Goodday to everybody here at [Kirupa.com](http://Kirupa.com). This forum is really a big help for Non-programmers like me. Again, thanks to all the supporters.

QUESTION:

Is there any tut in this forum that does something like [http://www.criticalmass.com/index.do](http://www.criticalmass.com/index.do) Please hover your mouse on those 3 rectagular shapes at the middle of the layout. (DELL, MERCEDEZ & HYATT)

Im interested on how does the EXIT ANIMATION after the MOUSE HOVER? Each MC will have there exit animation first before going to the next animation on every mouse over for each box.
