# Help with a PHP Form

I want to create a form in Flash with the following entries:  
name  
email address  
question with yes/no answer using a radioButton.

I want to get a different message presented on submit, depending on whether the user has entered yes or no in the form.  
And I want the contents of the fields sent to an email address

I have the form set up in Flash, have messed about with the radiobutton component etc. It’s the php side I’m having trouble with…  
Can anyone help (particularly with the yes/no driven output)??
