# Help with a preloader query

Hi all,  
I have been tryin to build a new site completely in flash. I have a sample that came on a free cd. I like the idea of the navigation but was just wondering how I could change the preloader to a bar that goes accross and displaying percentage. Like the one I have here on my photography section. Currentlky it is just a red box. Hope someone can help.
