Hi everyone, i´m a novice flash user.  
I would like to know how can i get this animated rollover/rollout effect like in this site’s menu - [http://www.bridgerconway.com/site/flashbc.html](http://www.bridgerconway.com/site/flashbc.html).

Is there a tutorial for this kind of effect?
