Hey I was wondering how to display date and time sorta how the tutorial below does (except make it work in flash 8 of course).

Also I want to have a navigation bar on my website that will move along with my mouse with a delayed effect, just up and down though so it can stay in view and not go out of the flash area or whatever. ([go here for example](http://www.spokenmusic.com/main.php)).

Any help you guys can give me is much apperciated.
