# Help with dragging objects

Hi there!

I’m trying to accomplish something in actionscript that involves dragging a movie clip.

You see, I want to drag a movie clip out of a scroller (see [this tutorial - I am using it currently to attempt to make this work) and onto another area of the stage, where users will then be able to drag it around and resize it. Is this even possible? If so, can anyone come up with an easy way of doing it? Please help!

BTW, I am a beginner - I can only manage basic actionscript at best and even that gives me trouble. Thank you so much ahead of time for your help!
