# Help With Flash please

Hi,  
Can anyone tell me how to create the open and close doors or gates movement effect, in flash2004, like the one in this site [http://www.photoshoptopsecret.com/](http://www.photoshoptopsecret.com/) . And does the preloader appear automatically (after creating and scripting it), each time i load a new page?  
One last thing please:crazy:, how to create a compass [effect like the one that follows the mouse at www.tombraider.com](http://www.photoshoptopsecret.com/) ?  
I really need your help guys
