# Help With Flash!

ok i want to put a flash as my signature  
if i give all the info could you put it in the html tags for me cause i have been trying it for about 2 days now. if you could that would be great

take out the | | and it would be right correct? or do i need to use these \< \> or what please help me  
is that correct? i just want to use it as a signature on a forum
