# Help with FLV playback?

I have a series of fairly large .mov files with a transparent alpha channnel imbedded in them that I have converted to FLVS. I imported  
them into my FLA file (into a MC) and then on playback of the published movie the image in the video is frozen and the sound is there but its garbled.

I was playing around with the buffering rate in the components inspector which made the sound play perfect but the person in the video was in slow motion.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated
