# Help with highest depth in AS3

I have been googling but none of the examples I am finding are actually moving this particular movie clip to the top.

I have an AS3 created waterfall effect from here

All I want is for a movieclip that contains a bitmap logo called logo, with an instance name of logo\_mc, to be on top of the falling water rather than underneath the water(-:
