# Help with ice

I am trying to make ice for a header/top bar of a website. I am trying to make it in [paint.net](http://paint.net).  
I need help with making it!!!

Actually its mainly this… \*\*\*How do you make ice!!!\*\*\*:h:

A tutorial or something might help…
