# Help with loading swf into page

Hi,  
Iv downloaded this menu system:

I’d like to load swf’s into each menu square as its done in various examples, where the code is honestly very complex!  
Is there an “easy” way of loading external swf’s into these squares? I’m pretty new to Flash, so go slow.
