# Help with movie clips needed... i think im missing something...?

Hi there!
I’ve got a sliding menu type navigation that follows the x position mouse when you hover a button, which i did using this tutorial:

Its all working perfectly on the main stage, but when i put it in a movie clip it all doesnt work…
I think i might need some \_roots somewhere, but im not sure where (im a bit thick where actionscript is concerned :trout: )
If you could help me, i’d appreciate it…
