# Help with panning

Hi I am new to as3 basicly been running around like a mad man to get a disired panning scroll effect the disired effect i want to achive is basicly very similah to the one one  
[http://www.marcecko.com](http://www.marcecko.com) i have read tutorials on other attempts of panning but struggled to limit the scrolling area to try and make it clearer I made a panning effect but it had no boundries hope some genius can help me with this anyway cheers…ash
