# Help with PHP

Hi,

Does anyone knows a registration form that I could add to my site. I would like to have one to ask for all user information as name, country, etc.

I have done in dreamweaver one form with all that information, but I don’t now how to build the php so that the submit button will work.

I will apreciate any help

Read a book or tutorial on PHP. It’s pretty straight forward.
