# Help with pop ups... please

hello all… i followed the great tutorial on how to create pop up windows in the centre of ur screen … but i have a question… may sound really silly but how do i make the content of that pop be be an existing .swf that i have previously created…??? as in the address in the action script is [http://www.kirupa.com](http://www.kirupa.com)… etc but the file i want to use is a movie i made and not a site???

any clues?
