# Help with Preloader

I’ve looked at a lot of preloader tutorials and can’t seem to figure out how to get one to work for the swf I have already… If someone could point me in the right direction that would help me out a lot… Looks terrible on my website because it doesn’t have a preloader and its just a big space of white untill it loads… You can download fla at [http://www.uni.edu/eschuldt/Topborder2.fla](http://www.uni.edu/eschuldt/Topborder2.fla) Thanks

Unexpected file format. If your using Flash 8, please post this in the Flash 8 forum. If you need me to move it, let me know. =)

Also, might not be a problem with the preloader. If you have sound on your site or something else that makes the file very large the preloder may not even show up until very late.

Just as Lunatic says, you have tons of stuff loading before the preloader.Easiest way round this is just to load the whole lot into another movie
