# Help with RSS Feed

Hi Guys, I am curious how RSS Feed works.

I read on this website [[COLOR=blue]http://www.afp.com/english/rss/#what[/COLOR]](http://www.afp.com/english/rss/#what), that “_RSS is an increasingly popular XML-based file format for web syndication used by news websites and weblogs to share and distribute Web content_.” Does this mean I can use their stories in my site daily?

I know this is simple to others but not for me. I’m new with this field. I do appreciate if some Kirupians will explain further.
