# Help with tutorial on pop-up window

hello, i’m new here and i have a question:

i try to get a button open a pop-up window that has the size of my flash animation (i.e. 100_100). i’ve been searching on the site and found some tuts on this but it doesn’t work, and if i down the example added, they don’t even work: i open them in flash, press ctrl+enter and click the button, then there opens something (i hear ‘click’) but it’s closed again before i can see something, the same as when i try to do it on my own.  
now plz help me cuzz it’s kinda noobish if you have a flash ani mation opened in a 1024_786 window
