Need help on controlling spawn rate using this codes i have.

I cant stop it as there is an error stackoverflow at first…then i solve that problem then it became this error  
Error #1502: A script has executed for longer than the default timeout period of 15 seconds.

fla file is not attached as it is too big…i can send it to anyone that can help me via email.
