What does everyone use to make their flash productions all cartoon like? Do they use Photoshop only? If so, how do they do it? I’m fairly decent with Photoshop, but I want to learn how to make anime looking designed characters like how most people do who make Flash productions.

If anyone can elaborate on this, I’d really appreciate it.
