# Hey Everyone! Flash forms help?

Hi to all frequent forum users!

I am fairly familiar with flash actionscript but a total dummy with php.

I want to create a online form that involves several radio buttons and input text.

I can add more text fields but am struggling with adding radio boxes?  
Can anyone help with a link to another tutorial or some advice?
