You simply change your user status to banned, but I don’t think it affects you much. Jubba had his account on banned for a while, and he was able to post.

sephiroth is thor - an old name which he decided to dig back up 🙂

yeah, seph was me. I wanted to see what would happen if you banned another user name that was registered on the same IP, then i realized, that I would probably end up getting IP banned, which would be no good.

and kirupa, i don’t think we can change our own status, i’ve tried. we can’t even ban other mods. and do we have the capability to unban others? i couldn’t find the link…

Jubba - that makes a lot more sense! For some ridiculous reason I thought otherwise ☹ You won’t get IP banned unless I manually enter the IPs in thor! There is no automatic IP ban in vB…yet :evil:
