how kirupa has that banner on his first page with moving circles how do u do that and how would u make moving stars

you can animate them, or you can program the movement.  
animating them makes the file size bigger, and programming them is more processor intensive.

Hey chaldoray,

It is basically a combination of the “Continuous Movement” and “Circular Motion” tutorials. Simple search for the aforementioned tutorials in the search box near the top of the page.

BTW: Sinfiniti, your site is really cool. Never noticed it till today. The cartoon characters you drew are great haha 🙂
