I’m looking for an in depth book/article on how to set up a web design buisness. The questions I’m looking for answers to are…

What type of legal contracts should your customers accept? You should retain the rights and they should have a lisence to use it… Right? Looking for examples and stuff, maybe ill browse a few freelance designers websites.

How do you register a name for yourself that isn’t taken? How does that all work?
