Hi, I am new to kirupa’s forum but i’ve been reading tutorial for a while now. I made myself a simple flash site. I want it to remain simple but most of all I want it to be bug free and not too ugly:beam: . not bad for a beginner, BUT, this site would server its purpose better as a static HTML and CSS site. ---

love police is right - because this site has no real Flash, it’s an unnecessary use of it. It’s not bad, but it could be much nicer in HTML. ---

i agree with the posts above, no use for making this in flash. It would be better in html;) ---

This 100% doable without the need of flash. Some nice css, html and maybe some php will do the trick- and it will look much cleaner, and be easier to manage 🙂 ---

I agree with earlier post. No reason to this in flash when you can do the same job in html. Nice work though. Add some effects etc. ---

I know someone said this already, but this site would be better served as a html/css site. I like the colors tho and the layout is not bad, but it seems to be kinda disjointed right now. ---

Yeah. For this project you should clearly go with some plain Html / Css site. But it’s ok, as others said, for a begginer. Tell me. Is there anything dynamic in it? And why have you choosen flash? Only to learn? Was that a project/client’s request? I’m curious. PS. What’s wrong with the language :bandit: ? Later Edit: Lol - Has anybody mentioned it yet that this was better in HTML :D?? Lmao. ---

I agree to. It would be no use for Flash but… I hate Dream Weaver. I just hate it, it is unnatural to use. And I do not have the patience to write a site just from code :x . Thanks for the critique. ---

yeh dreamweaver is awesome, and i mainly use dreamweaver in code view. and if you dont have the patience to write a site just using code, then you really shouldnt be making sites at all… 😛 😃 ---

everyones right about the html thing just put the flash objects on the page dont mke everything flash. needs more style aswell ---

using flash is always the easy route.Not as much work as coding in html and css.Probably would have done the same myself but I like animation too much.Should have maximised flash’s capabilities ---

I’m not a good designer, not at all but that intro OMG and the site it goes to [http://www.gtsturism.ro/](http://www.gtsturism.ro/) idea noted but who ever should have used better images and blended the whole page alot better ---

when i enter to teh web i love the round corner effect at the center of the web but the bottoms are like square border, and i think you should make everything with the same style perhaps you can use some glow effects (not in a abusive way) and try to use some roll over effects with transitions and the color…mmm i dont know its good, but i dont like it at all try with other gamma colors its a good site, but you can make ir better keep like that [Next page](https://forum.kirupa.com/t/hi-please-be-honest-about-my-site/184597.md?page=2)
