# Hiding 2 layers when a movie plays

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to hide the contents in these 2 layers when a movie starts playing.

I have a big block and 2 text buttons. One button makes the block move (which I am also having trouble doing) and the other button is a link to a website. When the block moves, I need the 2 items to disappear but when I go to edit the animation, the 2 buttons are disabled so i can’t edit them. I guess I need actionscript for this… =( Any ideas?
