# High quality export formats

im looking for a way to keep the quality of my animation after i export it. When I do export it to .swf it seems to lag alittle bit and when there is alot of action in the scene it bogs down. i dont get this when i am playing throught the frames in the stage. can anybody help?

As far as I can I guess there could be 2 reasons, either your images are larger in size than the actual size being used or it could be that you have too many tweens(symbols). If its the images then try to optimize them and reduce the image size to the size that you are actually using in flash but if there are too many tweens find ways to substitute them. To get a better idea to enhance the quality try publishing by checking the generating size report option(available in the publishing dialog box) to check if there are any unwanted symbols used.
