how can i make a high score table for a flash game where EVERYONE see’s the same high scores?

eg.

Bill gets 1000 in USA  
Ben gets 1002 in UK

they can see each others scores on a high score table.

what’s the best way?  
SharedObject?  
PHP?  
help!

also, any ideas on multiplayer?
