Why would you wanna do a hit counter? I think that if u want to place one on your website, all you gotta do is type the words in google and you’ll find thousands of wonderful hitcounters you can use.

Why do you really want a hit counter? A lot of people think of them as tacky now. Does you ISP not provide you with a log file stats page. A flash one would take some PHP I think. Mabye one of the code monkeys here can point u in the right direction.
