😠 I NEED an action script for collision or else i cant complete my game i mean i didnt think it would be this hard to fin sum so my car didnt go thrue a wall and dont tell me to search the frigin forums becuase i have bean!!! please if you have an action script post it here it would be most appriciated!!! ---

When I said search the forums originally I meant it. If there was any chance that you did not find what you were looking for, I would _ **not** _ have told you to search the forums. Next time be nice and respectful, or do not expect help from anyone here. ---

well what do you want? You aren’t going to find any information that wil ltell you how to do something exactly the way you want it. YOu have to take what you get and then modify it. If you don’t understand how to implement the hitTest then do some more research and testing. ---

well they said that because, a couple of days ago, they asked the same thing, and I said: “Search the forums” Their response: “I have Flash MX” not sure what that had to do with anything, but I guess the moral of the story is… They want us to tell them exactly, step by step how to do something. While that would be nice in a perfect world, unfortunately, it doesn’t work like that. I refuse to do that to people because you are only hurting them in the long-run. My method of help is this: After **you** search the forum, and you do not find what you need, I will search the forum and find you a post that explains your problem and poses several possible answers. If you don’t get the answers you may ask a question and I will help you if possible. If you blatantly do **not** read the articles I provide and say, “They didn’t help” then I will never help you again. You could be dying in front of me, and the only thing I would do is point and laugh. People that are too lazy to help themselves do not deserve to learn. Flash is an amazing program with amazing capabilities. It is difficult to learn, but there are tutorials everywhere. Go read them! About those tutorials. You are not, I repeat **not** going to find something that tells you exactly what you need to do. You will find something that points you in the right direction (ie: they are looking for collision detection, I showed them hitTest()) that is the push. You have been pushed. You know what you need to learn. Now learn it. I will not spoon-feed you the information. Peace, Jubs :cowboy:
