# HitTest() is evil

I’d like to hear your opinion about one thing that keeps me from answering at least 10% of the posts made here: the usage of hitTest(). The moment I see this method inside a code snippet or even just the proposal to use it makes me close my tabs. I think it is cause and/or symptom of almost all problems beginners have with game programming.
