See the thing is when i always put AS in it always comes out wrong, for example i dunno what this means or how to put it \_parent.MC.thendontknowwhattoput. Um and one other thing when i want something to continusly spin do i do gotoandplay rotation;180 loop? plz help me because i havent been learing too much. ---

when i first started actionscripting i used the normal mode and just open the menu of commands and selected what I wanted to do and filled in the blanks. It makes it easier to learn how things work then later when you know more of the commands and how they work move to advanced mode. ---
