# Hosting suggestions

Ok, finally I need to buy a domain name and a hosting package that costs no more than 10-15 dollars a month.  
I need it for a portfolio/experiements website. Any suggestions about a hosting company and hosting size (MB)?  
I have not much time to decide - so I prefer to have your suggestions.  
EDIT:php, MySQL incl.!

P.S. I am not so maniac about the technical support of the company - I mean If something doesnt work I can wait some hours until is fixed, If you can understand.
