my web host has server outages every month and it is frustrating me! I’m hosted by [http://www.ipowerweb.com](http://www.ipowerweb.com) and I think a change is much needed. Anybody have hosting suggestions that are extremely reliable and are \<= 10$/month with a good amount of disk space and bandwidth??
