# Hovering Captions in CS3?

Hello [Kirupa.com](http://Kirupa.com) Community,

I’m a brand new flash “developer” and using CS3. I have a background in HTML/Java and OOP.

I’ve found a few tutorials touching on how to create those text hovering captions that I so badly desire, though they’re all written for AS2.0 or earlier.

Since I’m not familiar with AS2.0, could someone quickly give me a breakdown of the changes I’ll have to make to make the captions work with AS3?
