# How can i assign an action to only a single scene?

How can i assign an action to only a single scene? like i used this snow effect say for example at scene 2, and i want scene 3 to be without snow effect, how can i do that because when i use this code it plays it non-stop even on the other scenes?

I used this snow effect from kirupa…
