Well, this is my first post on this site, notify me if I do wrong. I would like to create a online RPG where you can meet your friends, fight them, trade items with them and so on. I don’t really know what it’s called but have anyone here made anything like this, or can anyone help me with actionscript and so on? Ideas that I would like to have: :battery:All users have money. They can buy weapons and houses to live in :battery: In the beginning all users live on a hotel/inn. :battery: They can buy furniture :battery: They can find and mine such things as gold, silver, diamonds etc. :battery: They can work as anything, miner, innkeeper, storekeeper, sailor/fisherman, hunter etc. :battery: This is meant to be fantasy-old time, like Golden Sun. :battery: They can create stores and markets by buying it with money :battery: Real mone should NOT be involved, only game-money that they get when they sell things that they get :battery: Stealing and intruding in other houses should be able to do in the game, and police and jail should be there too Well, I think that that’s all. I would like to help in the actual game but other than that i have no clue on how to do this even though this question has beeen asked many times before and i would say learn how to make a socket sever and use it. ---

he would like to learn how to make an MMORPG in Flash and Server side ohh and amed at him type in electroserver in google that can be used or don’t used flash at all though this option isn’t suggested due to the fact of lag and it costs money and you need to learn javascript. use adobe atmosphere to make a 3d world and program all that stuff in anyway. ---

u need a team of people games like this just don’t happen , think about learning computer proggramming and networking so you can make a real game…flash as said before won’t work. but if u want to see one thiat is not an MMORPG got to [www.addictinggames.com](http://www.addictinggames.com) and go down to stick rpg ---

I will anyway push the project into the future due to the lack of experience (I cannot just let people make it FOR me, i’ll have to do more than putting my name on it.) When i’m good enough on programming, I’ll probably trying out making this game. Thanks for everyone who posted and read my topic. /Cobra ---
