# How can I modify Cubes?

How can I modify cubes in Swift3D so I can create shapes like the one in the pic I attached?

that kind of shapes, is better to draw them on the extrusion editor, and then modify the height and depth

And how will I make it look like this (attached pic) from ALL sides except top and bottom, so it’ll look like a pyramid thing, only without a sharp top?

with the lathe editor, and then you change the sides to 4

Why does it come out with a hole in the middle? Like a square donut? :cyclops:

because you have to close the enire shape, the first point you made also should be the last one

I did close it.

But nevermind it anyway, I found a way of how to do this with the extursion editor (added bevels). C:-)
