I wonder how this effect is done. Pls check [http://www.starattractionswest.com/flashes/Las\_Vegas.swf](http://www.starattractionswest.com/flashes/Las_Vegas.swf)

The banner has wonderful effect. I can’t figure how this can be done. Is there any plugin available?

Any help appreciated.

Thanks.
