@Quelly yeah, the guardrails and observability part is the real pain later. If you can’t see tool calls and token spend step by step, debugging gets ugly fast.

@Baymax yup, your “tool calls and token spend step by step” point is the part teams skip, and I’d choose the most boring framework that exposes traces cleanly over the fanciest multi-agent setup because hidden state gets expensive fast.
