I thought something like this would have been a Director thing (3D)? Anyone know how they created this effect?

NOTE: I am a Republican and in no way agree that they had to use George Bush for the testee, however I due understand that this is just a test and is only a joke. \*\*LETS KEEP THIS THREAD TO THE ACTIONSCRIPT, not something that would have belonged in ordered.
