I have my story and script almost ready. I will be starting with storyboard if I feel I need it. Or I am just going to start with animation. I need feedback on how do I approch animation. I am on 2D animation, more kind of traditional. But ultimately I want to get them colored in digital…

How do I start? I make them in flash directly or some other animation software? or I draw each drawing get them scanned and trace them in software?
