I’m trying to produce a website with a non scalable, animated background image that sits in the middle of a browser, so when the browser window is re-sized there are no horizontal scroll bars.

The content for the website will then sit on top of the image.

An example of what I’m trying to do can be seen here [http://www.2advanced.com/](http://www.2advanced.com/)

Any ideas???
