If you go to [www.sonypictures.com/movies/casinoroyale/site/](http://www.sonypictures.com/movies/casinoroyale/site/) and launch the flash site, you will see a text effect that randomly shuffles the letters before settling on the final words on mouseover. How do I create this effect? Anybody know?
