# How do I get Flash in front of HTML?

I need to set up a page so that a flash movie is partly over some HTML text, if possible. After searching the net I’ve only seen references to doing this using layers. but since those don’t stick when the browser window is resized, I don’t want to use them. I’d appreciate any advice or direction on this.
