# How do I go about flash games

I want to create a 2 player flash game, but no idea how to go about it.  
I’ve created a background and now want to create the 2 characters.

The end result of these characters are that they continually blink automatically and then animate their legs only when moving.

Any tutorial suggestions would be great.
