# How do I make an image look right in Flash?

Hi there,

I have a PNG image that I need to bring into Flash. It’s basically a photo of a guy and a truck. When I bring it into Flash it actually looks okay. When it plays within Flash it looks fine, but when I preview it and it actually runs, it looks pretty bad.

I did have to rotate the image a bit - would that be the culprit? Should I import it rotated instead (i.e., rotate it in Photoshop first?)

Also, what else can I do to make images look better in Flash? Seems like I see a fair amount of images in flash nowadays like galleries that look really good, so there must be some technique…
