# How do i make it so that a video in a seperate .swf file will only play at 12fps?

I have a dilemma :(. I have this website that runs at 40fps. It has a video section and each button for the video loads a seperate .swf that plays the video… The .swf runs at 12fps. Yet, when i play the .swf at the website, the video runs at 40fps of course… How can i make it so that the .swf only plays at 12fps instead of the main 40fps? Ⓜ
