# How do I use radio buttons?

I have never used radio buttons before. I’m creating an email form…and I’d like to use them to give the user a series of choices on how they heard of my client.

How do I do this? I’m not clear on what the parameters are referring to? And how do I include the info in the info that I’m sending to the Php script?
